You know, as a stranger to most, I could care less about about your drama. If we get into it, I could easily grab whatevers closest to me and beat your face with it... then go on about my day. But if that other person were family... I kinda just... stay quiet.

WTF is THAT about?

The point is, it's so much easier to brush off people that don't matter to us. You know, the folkers we could watch burn and not help out? Kinda like haters. We get mad, we curse at them, etc. But then we move on. But sometimes, the people that hurt you the most are the folks closest to home -- they might even be IN your home. So why don't we lash out at them and just shake'm out of our lives, forever?

Fuckit. Moving on.

So I was reading this blog and she posted a quote -- probably one of the most profound quotes ever -- by someone who probably isn't what most would have in mind when in comes to anything smart coming out of their mouths.

Tired of Tarantula-Eyes?

I was at CVS the other day, looking for a new mascara. But having been disappointed so many times with the new breed of mascara wands, I decided to pick up my trusted friend, Maybelline's Great Lash in Blackest Black.

Then the thought came to me... Oh Em Gee... I frikken LOVE this mascara. I've been using it since forever and everytime a new mascara fails me, I buy myself a new tube of Great Lash in Blackest Black! Ah yes... HG status indeedy.

And duh! Of course I'd love such a classic! I think Allure Magazine has stated its won Best Drugstore Mascara for 4 straight years now? Although it doesn't dramatically lenghten, it does add 'believable' length AND lushness to lashes. It's perfect for my top and bottom set. It's perfect for everyday and special occassions.

For all you falsie-addicts, this baby will definitely not give you the same affect. Butttt, if you're ever having that kinda day when you wanna look naturally blessed minus the natural blessing, you may wanna look this way, down the Great Lash isle.

More B*Day L00t!

I had lunch with my girls today. We went to this place in Tarzana, CA called Mon Japanese Restaurant. For a little place, it was pretty good. I could imagine the place being uncomfortable if it were packed, but since there was only a few folks in there besides us, it was perfect. I'd tell ya what I got but I have no pix to back it up, so what's the point? But I will tell you it was pretty frikken good. My friend, Michelle, bought me a "Raspberry-Tini" (raspberries, raspberry sake, and japanese vodka). That shizzles was delicious! If you ever come to this spot, you MUST try this drink!

Anyway, let's get back to the subject at hand, here's what I came home with:

PLUS, i've been looking for stuff w/glycolic in it, but everything i've found is really expensive. so if this shizz works, I'll definitely update y'all on it!

You Wanna See My Sausage?

I see some other bloggers post about food they cook and shit out there. Since I can't make a meal worth shit (or one that even looks remotely appetizing), I turn to my BF to feed me. And though he's made some incredibly delish' dishes, I had to put a focus on his sausage. Why? Cuz I just love it so damn much =) Yumm...

Now just a bit of a warning, when the BF cooks, he pays no attention to how greasy something gets or how much calories something might have... just the way I like it. So for you health nuts out there, you may want to look elsewhere.

Anyway, for those that are lookin' for ideas on some very awesome munchies, then keep reading!

You're gonna need Louisiana hot links, green bell peppers, onions and hotdog buns. Chop up the onions...


Then chop up the bell peppers...


And depending on how big your sausage is, you might need to cut that sucka in half. My BF's sausages had some serious girth to them, so we ended up splitting one.


Butter up your pan...


Then sautee the peppers & onions for a bit, until your onions are limp.


Look at my Lola, waiting for something, ANYthing to fall to the floor so she can scoop it up.


And look at my Henney... same idea in mind.

OK OK, back to the meal... Add in the sausages and stir the other ingredients around all over it. They all need to share juices so the flavors can get all mixed.

The end product off the pan should look like this.

Next, grab a bun... I added swiss cheese to mine cuz i loves me some queso!

Put it all together... add whatever you like, mayo, mustard, ketchup... anything. I like mine simple, so I only added ketchup.

TADAA! And there ya have folks... munchies fulfilled. Next up, I might be able to get my buddy to reveal his secret to bombass carne asada fries!
