President's Day Weekend
What better way to honor the past, present, and future leaders of the free world than spending a weekend in Sin City!
Anyone living in the LA area knows that a trip from home to Las Vegas should really only take about 4 hrs. However, with the rainstorms all across the west side, it took us from 7:30pm Friday til 2:ooam Saturday to get there. That's 6 and a half hours! I coulda gone to the Bay Area in that amount of time!
Anyway, going to sleep upon arrival and waking up Saturday noonish... we didn't waste any time. We were supposed to go see the Bodies exhibit at the Luxor but the ticket price was too high for my blood so we went to see The Shark Reef over at Mandalay Bay instead. Couldn't take pictures inside, so we got a souvenir photo =)
Then, we crossed over to Luxor and saw a bar offering $1 jello shots!
So of course I bought two for myself =)
That shot was mean!
But... ONE MORE PLEASE!
Me and my girl, Carol.
As the night progressed, we just hung out and gambled, and drank, and gambled... and drank. Then lookie who we saw!!!

Now, don't we just look so good together? You have GOT to be sum'kinda hater not to see it...

At some point during the night... either Kirby or I did this... ONE of us capped the Pepsi with a Crown Royal cap 0_o Can you say alkie?!?!?
The following day, my boy definitely had too much to drink... he stayed in bed almost the entire midday...
I wanted to take a cute-couple pic but look at what he does...
Perhaps he didn't appreciate how close Phi and I got LMAO

I Can't Stop Saving...
Yet another anticipated haul... this one isn't gonna come for awhile tho, the estimated ship date is March 1 but I don't care.
This mini haul is from HauteLook.
Look at the ridiculous original price on this sandal? Can you see it? It's $150!!! But since it was $125 off, I couldn't help myself... I'm a sucker for neutrals, simplicity, and weaving.
And this flimsy little shirt is originally $73. I don't fuckin think so! But for less than $20, yes please, I'll have ONE! I have so many different outfits I could put this together with already, it's definitely gonna be a staple for me in the coming warmer days =)
So that's it!
